Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard and Direct Deposit. If Direct Deposits are not received within 3 days we will have to cancel the order. Please ring or email us if there is a problem.

All prices on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.

POSTAGE
Orders will be shipped by Australia Post or by Courier.

After completing your order we will send you an email to let you know the freight charge. Bulky items and cutting machines will be charged at extra rates (within Australia).

Express post and registered post available on request and charges will apply. 

We recommend registering your parcel as Scrappamania will not be liable for lost parcels with any carrier.

Some larger items will have notes - saying that postage is extra - this is charged at Australia post or Courier prices when shipped.

SHIPPING
All items will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared.

OUT OF STOCK
If an item is out of stock we will send you an email regarding the item and adjust the total of your order accordingly. Please be aware some items may be out of stock from overseas suppliers which is out of our control we apologise for this inconvenience but we will endeavour to obtain your item. If it looks like it will not arrive anytime soon we will contact you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICIES
Scrappamania will not refund if you change your mind. However, we will refund, exchange or offer a credit note if there is a genuine fault with an item within 3 days of receiving the item.
Please contact sales@scrappamania.com.au   immediately of receiving the order to notify us of any faults with your order. 

Please note: ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING  and received within 5 days.

CLEARANCE ITEMS
All clearance items will not be refundable. Items will only be available while stocks last.
